**Ice packs or cold compresses may be applied to the injected area in 20-minute intervals to reduce swelling (most effective during the first two days).

\n**Following treatment there may be brusing,redness, swelling, tenderness, aching and\/or an itching sensation to the treated area. This is a normal result of the injections and generally disappears in a day or two,. Expect the bruising will take longer to subside (up to a week or longer depending on the individual).
\n
*Avoid touching<\/b> the treated area for 6 hours following the procedure after which time your face can be gently washed with soap and water, and make-up applied.
\n
*Sleep on your back for two (2) nights<\/b> to avoid disturbing the product while it is still malleable.
\n
*Avoid<\/b> firm pressure on the treated area for two weeks, such as facials or massages.
\n
*Avoid<\/b> exposing the treated area to intense heat or sunbathing\/sunlamps until any redness\/ swelling subsides. This decreases the risk of further or increase bruising, which can last 5-10 days.
\n
*Avoid<\/b> any heat-producing laser treatments to the face for 14 days to avoid decreasing the effectiveness of your results.
\n
*Avoid<\/b> alcohol, NSAIDS (Advil, Ibuprofen, Motrin), Aspirin,St John\u2019s Wort, Omega Fatty Acids, Ginseng,or high doses of Vitamin E supplements for one week after treatment if you wish to minimize the risk\/severity of bruising.
\n
*Avoid<\/b> exercising or activity where your head is facing downwards (e.g., gardening) during the first day of the treatment. <\/p>\n
